Standard Domestic

Our standard shipping option provides reliable delivery within 3-5 business days to the continental US. Every item, especially our precision-engineered rods, is packed in reinforced, custom-designed tubing to prevent any damage during transit. Express Domestic

Need your gear for an upcoming trip? Our express shipping option guarantees delivery within 1-2 business days. Attaching detailed, well-lit photos of the affected area is crucial for a fast evaluation. The more information you provide upfront, the more efficiently our team can process your claim.

Once submitted, your claim will be assigned to a specialist. Our technical team will carefully evaluate your information and photos to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturing defect.

This process typically takes 2-3 business days. In some complex cases, we may request that you ship the product to our workshop for a hands-on inspection. We will provide a shipping label if this is required.

Repair or Replace

If the claim is approved, we will proceed with the best course of action. Our first priority is to professionally repair your item to its original performance standard using genuine components.

If a repair is not feasible, we will replace your product with a new, identical item. If the original model is no longer available, we will offer a replacement of equal or greater value from our current lineup.

Return Shipment

Once the process is complete, our team will securely package your repaired or replaced gear. We will ship it back to you at no cost and provide a new tracking number for the return journey.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

Our lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by accident (e.g., car doors, ceiling fans), misuse, improper maintenance, or modification. Normal wear and tear, such as fading of cosmetics or cork grip wear, is also not covered.

The process is simple. Contact our support team with the model and serial number of your product, along with photos showing its current condition. We will provide you with a trade-in value estimate. If you accept, you can ship the product to us. Once received and inspected, we will issue you a store credit that you can use on any new item in our collection.
