Most importantly, please attach clear, well-lit photos of the problem area from multiple angles. This information is crucial for a fast and accurate evaluation.

While our primary support is through email to ensure clear, documented communication, we do offer scheduled phone consultations for complex gear-fitting questions or bespoke build inquiries. Please send us an initial message with your request, and we can arrange a time for one of our experts to call you.
